SIPS-BDA (Bi-Directional Amplifier) is a fully portable, tactical BDA solution to building and tunnel wireless coverage enhancement (See T-BDA Basics Video). As a standalone system, SIPS-BDA is the most simple, affordable, and foolproof solution to SMRSpecialized Mobile Radio dead zones. In a backup or augmentation role, SIPS-BDA interoperates easily with fixed repeaters, VRSVehicular Repeater System, and installed signal booster equipment of all types. Full coverage on all channels for trunked analog or digital systems is achieved. SIPS-BDA's fully portable design is compatible with NFPANational Fire Protection Association and SCIPStatewide Communications Interoperability Plan guidelines and eligible for communications equipment grant offsets.
